Can non-woven bags be printed in full colour?

Only laminated non-woven takes full-colour gravure or flexo print. Plain non-woven takes 1-3 spot colours by screen print.

Is non-woven eco-friendly?

It is reusable (30-50 uses) and recyclable as PP, which beats single-use plastic. It is not biodegradable. For a stronger eco story consider RPET, cotton canvas or jute.

What is the minimum order?

Stock colours from one roll (about 1,000 m). Custom colour from 3,000 m. Finished bags from our sister factory from 500 pieces for non-woven.

Sewn or ultrasonic seams?

Ultrasonic for speed and cost on plain non-woven; sewn for laminated bags and heavier loads where welded seams may fail.

Non-woven polypropylene is not woven at all: spunbond fibres are heat-bonded into a paper-like sheet. It is the cheapest reusable bag material in the world and the reason supermarket and event totes cost cents rather than dollars.

Coatings and finishes for non-woven

The back-coating or finish decides water resistance, cold-weather behaviour and, often, whether the bag passes EU retail requirements. Cost is relative to the uncoated base fabric.

How every non-woven roll is tested

Test reports ship with the order. Third-party tests (SGS, BV, Intertek) for REACH, CPSIA or Prop 65 are arranged on request.
