Felt Fabric: Protective, Structured and Premium for Sleeves, Organisers and Inserts
Felt is non-woven fibre - polyester, wool or a blend - needled and pressed into a dense, soft sheet. It cuts clean without fraying, holds shape without lining and cushions whatever it wraps, which makes it the material of laptop sleeves, bag organisers and premium gift packaging.
Senszx Fabrics stocks 2, 3 and 5 mm polyester felt in 30+ colours, plus wool-blend felt for premium lines. Laser cutting gives sealed, decorative edges and precise cut-outs for organisers.

Coatings and finishes for felt
The back-coating or finish decides water resistance, cold-weather behaviour and, often, whether the bag passes EU retail requirements. Cost is relative to the uncoated base fabric.
